Since 1950 the production of olive oil and olives has been our place of life. The knowledge of olive cultivation has been passed down from generation to generation with love and respect for the environment. Here you will find extra virgin olive oil produced by cold pressing. We first hand select the best olives, store them in well-ventilated containers and process them within 48 hours of harvest. We then remove the leaves and branches with cold water and then the olives are put into modern cold pressing machines. The first pressing produces the oil we call 'extra virgin olive oil cold pressed'. Look for John Karras, owner and producer, and get a taste of Metangitsi's parade olive oil and of course the local Halkidiki olive.
