Nikitis windmills
In Nikiti, there are two windmills dating from the 1st half of the 19th century. They are characterized as historical monuments due to their significant architecture. The visitor can admire them from distance of 50 meters.

Early Christian Basilica of Sophronios
Near the beach of Nikiti and the chapel of Saint George, someone can find the Early Christian Basilica of Sophronios. This is a temple dating from the 1st half of the 5th century AD. and is one of the oldest early Christian temples found in the wider region of Macedonia. The reason it was named so, is due to an inscription mentioning the name "Sophronios" as bishop. In the temple is located a three-nave wooden roof that seems to have 36.80m wide and 43.80m length. The visitor can still admire numerous architectural marbles as well as the magnificent mosaic marble.

Tower of Saint Nicolaus
Near village St. Nicolaus of Halkidiki and on the ledge of the coast, the ruins of the monastery dependency of St. Nicolaus of Chrysokamaros are met, which date from the 14th century and was part of the Monastery of Xenophon of Mount Athos (located directly on the opposite side). Until today, the foundations of the buildings and parts of the fortification are preserved from the monastery dependency, as well as the central tower at low height.

Islands of Vourvourou
Opposite of Vourvourou beach, there are 9 small and large islands: Diaporos, Saint Isidoros, Petronisi, Kalamonisia, Ampelitsi, Olive, Pigeon, Nun, Prasonisi. Impressive natural environment with turquoise waters, sandy beaches and pines by the sea. You can visit them by renting a small boat, for which a diploma is not required, or you can organize a day trip with captain.

Sykia windmills
In the municipal community of Sykia, there are two windmills that date from 1890. They are characterized as historical monuments due to their special architecture. The visitor can admire them from distance of 20 meters.

Prehistoric tomb in Kriaritsi
It is in Kriaritsi of Sykia and dates from the end of the middle to the late phase of the Early Bronze Age (ca. 2.300 – 1.900 BC). Within this artificial mound, 30 graves were hidden with circular enclosures, each of which contained its ashes of the dead in vessels.

Lykythos Castle - Ancient Toroni
Between the 8th and 7th century BC. ancient Toroni is born. During the classic period, two citadels are located, one to the south of the city and the other to Lekythos which was the port of the city as well.
In Lekythos we find the castle – medieval fortress where until today large parts of the fortification as well as ruins of a temple are observed, while in its basement there was a twin tank.

Pounta and Spalathon Islands
These beautiful islands Pounta and Spalathon are in Halkidiki, near New Marmaras and Porto Carras.
The island of Punta is located very close to the land and you can even visit it on foot when the waters recede during low tide.
The Spalathon Islands are located across the island of Pounta and consist of three green islands with a few private residences and hidden villas among the trees.

Kelifos Island
Kelifos island also known as turtle, is located opposite New Marmara and is accessible only by sea. It is quite well known for its magical seabed since several diving centers organize classes there for scuba diving in more than 10 places. This island with steep slopes and shores, full of olive trees and pines remains uninhabited. Although, there is one unique beach which enchants with its crystal-clear emerald waters.
